A structured path for adults who need more than weekly therapy while maintaining work, school, or caregiving.
Flexible, goal-driven counseling—often a step-down from IOP or a starting point when a lighter touch is appropriate.
Non-judgmental, goal-focused conversations that increase readiness and confidence to change.
Practical tools for triggers, stress, sleep, and decision-making you can use immediately.
Screening for depression/anxiety/trauma with coordinated referrals when psychiatry or specialty therapy is needed.
Education and care coordination for buprenorphine and naltrexone options as appropriate.
Group culture and community linkage that make sober support easier to find and keep.
Optional sessions to build understanding, healthy boundaries, and a supportive home plan.
If safe housing is a barrier, TiNHiH can connect you with sober living homes while engaged in OP/IOP. Residents receive structure, peer support, and routine—plus transportation assistance when available.

The TiNHiH Sober Living Program offers a structured, supportive environment tailored for adults appropriate for outpatient services. Our program combines in-home therapy for substance use and mental health with peer support and case management, ensuring comprehensive care. Residents are guided through a tiered approach that encourages them to return to work, build financial stability, and gradually transition to independent living. With a focus on accountability and recovery, we empower clients to rebuild their lives, achieve long-term sobriety, and successfully reintegrate into the workforce.
