We Wish You MORE.

We envision a future where mental health and substance use services are seamlessly integrated, accessible to all, and guided by lived experience.

Levels of Care

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A structured path for adults who need more than weekly therapy while maintaining work, school, or caregiving.

  • Schedule: Two 3-hour groups weekly + one weekly individual session
  • Core work: relapse-prevention skills, coping strategies, stress/anxiety management, craving plans, community connection
  • Accountability: regular drug testing and progress check-ins
  • Fit for: repeated use, legal or employment impact, step-down from residential/detox, or when more support is needed

Outpatient Counseling (OP)

Flexible, goal-driven counseling—often a step-down from IOP or a starting point when a lighter touch is appropriate.

  • Schedule: typically weekly individual sessions, with groups as clinically indicated
  • Focus: habit change, mental-health skills, relationships, problem-solving, healthy routines, and recovery capital
